We would all agree that managing our strengths and limitations is key to leading a happier more effective life, but admitting to ourselves that we have limitations can sometimes be elusive.

“Be Yourself” is a crash course in the basics of human motivation that will put the gas back in your tank and have you shouting,“Let’s do this,” to any and all challenges life will throw at you. Attend this talk and walk away with the keys to sustaining your motivation during challenging times.
  • This talk will explain how to recognize the telltale signs of denial and how to transform some of your biggest challenges into incredible opportunities.
  • You will learn how to leverage the incredible power of self-acceptance.
